基于誤差補(bǔ)償轉(zhuǎn)矩分配函數(shù)的SRM轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)抑制研究

    摘 要:開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)(SRM)在應(yīng)用過程中常伴隨較大的噪聲和轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。為了解決該問題,將基于誤差補(bǔ)償?shù)霓D(zhuǎn)矩分配函數(shù)(TSF)與模型預(yù)測控制(MPC)相結(jié)合,來降低電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。通過速度控制器計(jì)算出參考轉(zhuǎn)矩,將其與轉(zhuǎn)矩估算信號(hào)進(jìn)行對比,從而得到轉(zhuǎn)矩誤差,并利用該轉(zhuǎn)矩誤差對參考轉(zhuǎn)矩進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償;基于電流、電壓以及轉(zhuǎn)子位置等參數(shù),MPC 模塊對下一時(shí)刻的轉(zhuǎn)矩進(jìn)行預(yù)測,通過將誤差補(bǔ)償?shù)?TSF 與 MPC 控制相結(jié)合,利用代價(jià)函數(shù)選擇最佳的開關(guān)狀態(tài),從而精確控制功率開關(guān)器件的導(dǎo)通與關(guān)斷?;谝慌_(tái)三相開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)構(gòu)建了仿真模型,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對比表明,該方法顯著改善了電機(jī)的總轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)情況,有效降低了相電流的平均值,減少了電機(jī)的運(yùn)行損耗,提高了電機(jī)的平穩(wěn)和高效運(yùn)行。

    Abstract: Switched reluctance motor(SRM) is often accompanied by large noise and torque ripple in the process of application. To solve this problem, this parper combines error compensation-based torque sharing function(TSF) with model predictive control(MPC) to reduce the torque ripple of the motor. The reference torque is computed by the speed controller and compared with the estimated torque signal to derive the torque error, which is subsequently utilized for compensating the reference torque. Based on parameters such as current, voltage,and rotor position, the MPC module predicts the torque for the next moment. By combining error compensation TSF with MPC control and using a cost function to select the optimal switching state, it precisely controls the conduction and switching off of power switching devices.A simulation model is constructed based on a three-phase switched reluctance motor, and the comparison of experimental results show that this method not only significantly improves the total torque pulsation of the motor, but also effectively reduces the mean value of the phase current, reduces the operating loss of the motor, and further improves the smooth and efficient operation of the motor.
