    摘 要:為實(shí)現(xiàn)三電平逆變器在母線電壓不對稱時(shí)輸出良好交流諧波,提出了一種補(bǔ)償調(diào)制策略。從空間矢量的角度分析了母線電壓不對稱導(dǎo)致交流輸出畸變的原因,給出了增設(shè)載波幅值調(diào)整因子和增設(shè)調(diào)制波幅值補(bǔ)償系數(shù)這兩種補(bǔ)償調(diào)制策略。為避免調(diào)制波在幅值補(bǔ)償過程中的過調(diào)制現(xiàn)象,合理設(shè)計(jì)零序分量對調(diào)制波居中處理。在母線電壓不對稱條件下進(jìn)行了仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明,所提出的補(bǔ)償調(diào)制策略在母線電壓穩(wěn)態(tài)和動態(tài)不對稱條件下均具備良好交流輸出能力。

Modulation Strategy for Three-Level Inverters Under
Bus Voltage Asymmetry

    Abstract: To achieve satisfactory AC harmonic performance for three-level inverters under bus voltage asymmetry, a compensation modulation strategy is proposed. The causes of AC output distortion induced by bus voltage asymmetry are analyzed from the perspective of space vectors. Two compensation modulation strategies are introduced: a carrier amplitude adjustment factor and a modulation wave amplitude compensation coefficient. To prevent overmodulation during the modulation wave amplitude compensation process, a zero-sequence component is rationally designed to center the modulation wave. Simulations and experimental validations under bus voltage asymmetry demonstrate that the proposed compensation modulation strategy maintains excellent AC output performance in both steady-state and dynamic asymmetrical bus voltage scenarios.
