500 kV帶電更換懸垂串用電動提線裝置的研制與應用

    摘 要:隨著帶電作業(yè)技術發(fā)展,帶電更換超高壓輸電線路懸垂絕緣子串已成為一種常規(guī)技術手段。對 500 kV 輸電線路傳統(tǒng)帶電更換懸垂串的方法和工程實踐經(jīng)驗進行了總結(jié),分析得出機械絲杠存在操作費力、工效低以及液壓絲杠存在漏油、難維護等弊端。研制了一種電動提線裝置,其在現(xiàn)有四分裂提線器上加裝電動驅(qū)動裝置,形成一體化結(jié)構(gòu),現(xiàn)場實際應用表明,該電動提線裝置具有動力輸出穩(wěn)定、噪音低、提升過程平穩(wěn)、工效高等優(yōu)點,具備近端操控和遠端遙控功能,滿足帶電作業(yè)安全性和高效性的需求。

Replacement of 500 kV Suspension Insulator Strings

    Abstract: With the advancement of live-line working technology, live replacement of suspension insulator strings on ultra-high voltage(UHV)transmission lines has become a routine technical practice. This paper summarizes traditional methods and engineering experiences for live replacement of 500 kV suspension insulator strings, identifying drawbacks such as labor-intensive operation and low efficiency of mechanical screw jacks, as well as oil leakage and maintenance difficulties in hydraulic screw jacks. To address these issues, an electric wire lifting device was developed by integrating an electric drive unit into existing quad-bundle conductor lifters, forming a unified structure.Field applications demonstrate that the device offers stable power output, low noise, smooth lifting processes, and high efficiency. It supports both local control and remote operation, meeting the safety and efficiency requirements of live-line working.
