碳纖維復(fù)合導(dǎo)線線路帶電作業(yè)關(guān)鍵工器具研制與應(yīng)用

摘 要:碳纖維復(fù)合導(dǎo)線(ACCC)作為一種新型節(jié)能型增容導(dǎo)線,其特殊性質(zhì)給帶電作業(yè)帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),特別是傳統(tǒng)的提線工具易損傷導(dǎo)線。研制了一種適用于碳纖維復(fù)合導(dǎo)線的四、六分裂通用型提線器,通過對碳纖維復(fù)合導(dǎo)線特性的分析,確定了工具的額定設(shè)計荷重及主要技術(shù)參數(shù)。經(jīng)過拉力試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證,所研制的提線器具有操作簡便、安全可靠、省時省力等優(yōu)點(diǎn),成功解決了碳纖維輸電線路絕緣子的帶電更換問題,減少了因停電帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,提高了輸電線路供電可靠性。

Development and Application of Key Tools and Equipment for Live-Line
Working on Aluminum Conductor Composite Core Lines

Abstract: Aluminum conductor composite core (ACCC), as a novel energy-saving capacity-enhancement conductor, presents new challenges for live-line working, particularly as conventional lifting tools are prone to damaging the conductor. A universal 4-bundle and 6-bundle conductor lifter tailored for carbon fiber conductors has been developed. Through analysis of ACCC's material properties, the tool's rated design load and key technical parameters were determined. Validated by tensile testing and field applications, conductor lifter demonstrates advantages of simple operation, enhanced safety, time/labor efficiency, and has successfully resolved the live replacement challenge for insulators on carbon fiber transmission lines. Its deployment reduces economic losses from power outages and improves the reliability of power supply.
